- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had a pain in my shoulder that had lasted for around 3 weeks. It was a constant dull ache that kept me awake most nights. I gave Kate a call and she managed to squeeze me in at really short notice. After spending a while diagnosing what the issue probably was, she spoke to me about treatment options which included acupuncture - something that I really hadn't considered or that I even really believed in. Being at the end of my tether with the constant pain, I was more than happy to try anything, soo I gave it a go. Kate was massively reassuring about it, very gentle too. I literally didn't feel a thing. One of the issues adding to the shoulder pain was a constant neck pain that went into the back of my head when I turned my head to the side. This disappeared instantly. Immediately after the session I did notice a small overall improvement, and had no soreness associated with the needles at all. I slept very well that night. The next day was better, then the next to the point where I am now completely better about 7 days on.
